In the unlikely event that a presentation time slot must be altered agreement from all affected presenters will be sought. The conference e-book and formatted version of the final programme (with poster locations) will be released the week before the conference.
For attendees presenting a poster at the conference, please ensure that your printed poster is in A0 portrait format. Click here for a local printing service who will print your poster and deliver it to the venue. Order before 5pm GMT April 8th to get the early bird rate! Posters can still be ordered until 17:30 Friday April 10th at the standard rate. Pricing information is on the form.
